It is a pleasure to put together a cost proposal for Seres. I am super excited for you and all of the work you have done to get to a launching point. Since our last conversation I have been preparing options that may best serve you, given your budget range.

The objective with all of the options below is to create a marketing plan that can bring brand awareness through content and advertisement during your launch in the fall. In the cost breakdown at the bottom of this page you can view how the budget is distributed as well as other services you may find useful.

Marketing and Communication Strategy

  • Provide Launch strategy through initial planning and emergent marketing strategies.

  • Project Manage - assure content related to launch follows timeline, budget, creative and brand direction.

  • Produce Creative Brief for Launch content

  • Manage Ajúa creative teams and set expectations for meetings.

  • Collaborate with Seres team to collect content (photos, imagery, language and messaging)

  • Assist in Social Media management during launch

  • Include SERES ads/content on Ajúa marketing Platforms (Pachanga, Email List)

  • Approximate Project Management Hours - 50

Commercial Video

  • 2-3 minute video representing brand direction

  • 6 video clips formatted for social media

  • Videography + Edit

  • 1-2 day shoot

  • Storyboarding

  • 3 drafts before final

Digital Advertisement

  • Digital Ad strategy that answers:

    • Who to target (Demographics, Psychographics, Interest based, other)

    • Where to target

    • What content to advertise

    • What message

  • Place content on several digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Smart Ads

    • Adjust ads when necessary based on performance

    • Track impressions, reach, click through rates

    • Create measurable objectives for Advertising Campaigns
